Our philosophy


We are always looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team. Based on qualifications and experience, new hires are typically appointed either as an Intern, Analyst or Associate. Interns are typically students looking to gain experience by working on exciting projects in an academically stimulating environment. Analysts have typically completed their bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, banking or economics. Associates have typically completed their Master’s degree in business administration or a related specialization. Exceptionally qualified individuals may be assigned to higher positions.

All new hires are subject to a three-month probationary period. All applicants must have a fluency in English, Pashtu and/or Dari. For financial-related positions, generally only those applicants with ACCA certification or other international accounting accreditation will be considered.
