Afghanistan Holding Group is vetted by dozens of individual organizations every year, but also completes specialized vetting procedures for FCPA and UK Anti-Bribery Act by TRACE International and BINA. AHG’s standard policies and procedures are quality checked by ISO and is available for client feedback through BBB. In addition, AHG vets all employees, clients and vendors through a long list of restricted parties, available here.

 

TRACE International

TRACE International was founded in 2001 by in-house anti-bribery compliance experts to achieve economies of scale and set a common standard for two shared elements of anti-bribery compliance programs: due diligence reviews of commercial intermediaries and anti-bribery training for the global supply chain. TRACE International is a 501c(6) non-profit business association funded by its members; it leverages a shared-cost model to provide practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance services for multinational companies and their commercial intermediaries through a membership program.

AHG’s TRACE certification number is TC2152-3115.

Business Integrity Network Afghanistan (BINA)

Business Integrity Network Afghanistan’s mission is to create a strong private sector coalition, which actively promotes business integrity, made up of member businesses who have committed themselves to operating with integrity and have adopted the policies and practices to do so. With BINA’s assistance, the private sector will be actively engaged in improving the business climate in Afghanistan.
– To reduce the current level of corruption in the country
– To establish a strong network of afghan businesses, committed to increase business integrity and transparency
– To raise and increase awareness about integrity and ethics among businesses
– To reduce transaction costs in dealing with the government
– To foster cleaner business practices

International Organization for Standardization (ISO)

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental membership organization and the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards. They are made up of their 162 member countries who are the national standards bodies around the world, with a Central Secretariat that is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

JOINT CONTRACTING CONTINGENCY SYSTEM (JCCS)

Joint Contracting Contingency System (JCCS) is an online procurement management system by the U.S. Department of Defense to solicit competition from local Afghan vendors and to evaluate their performance. If a contractor fails to deliver on time or provides an item that does not meet the terms and conditions of the contract, JCCS annotates it within the system.

AHG’s JCCS registration number is 80483.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

The Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) is the network hub for BBBs in the US and Canada. Like BBBs, CBBB is dedicated to fostering honest and responsive relationships between businesses and consumers — instilling consumer confidence and advancing a trustworthy marketplace for all.
